WOW! I could read that.. Very fascinating how we teach and teach how important spelling and phonics are and I had no trouble understanding the entire thing.. thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteWhile I was in graduate school (studying special education) one of our professors taught us that most people can read words like this. She said as long as the first and last letter are in the correct spots, and then all of the letters are present in the middle (but not in the right order), your mind just figures it out. It was pretty crazy. She then showed us this example. There was only one woman in our class that just couldn't read it (even once everyone else read it out loud together, she had a really difficult time with it).
