Adventures in MFW ~ Thanksgiving

We're having our big Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday, so I decided to do week 13 now.

Psalm 100

A Psalm for giving thanks.
Make a joyful noise to the Lord , all the earth!

Serve the Lord with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!

Know that the Lord , he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!

For the Lord is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.

We read The Thanksgiving Story over 3 days. After the first day's reading, we went out into the field and measured how big the Mayflower actually was. 90' x 26' They enjoyed "seeing" it. It was pretty neat to see how small it actually was.

Math and AO Literature were kept up, but everything else slacked this week.

*B* is loving The Princess and the Goblin. I'm getting hooked into the story as well.
